Established in 2013 by Mark Garvey AFSM, Red Bluff Spatial specialises in the development of spatial team and systems and thier capacity to produce high quality and timely products during crises.

After a lifetime planning, building, running and writing about emergency management spatial systems at major emergencies, Red Bluff Spatial can assist your organisation across all facets of spatial emergency management from inter-organisational and strategic initiatives to building and mentoring spatial teams against best practise benchmarks.

Mark remains active in the sector as a volunteer for a local fire brigade.
